Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans later?
Yes. Email support@cyberry.com.au and we'll move you up or down — the change takes effect from your next billing cycle. There's no self-service plan switch in the dashboard yet.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Every Tixello plan is free to set up — you only pay the monthly or yearly subscription, plus GST. There are no hidden charges and no commission on your ticket sales.
What payment methods do you support?
Ticket buyers pay by credit or debit card, processed securely by Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account, so the money settles directly to you — Tixello never holds your funds.
How do refunds work?
Because the money is in your Stripe account, you issue refunds from your Stripe dashboard. Tixello shows the refunded status against the order so your attendee list stays accurate.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No lock-in. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, and annual plans simply run for the year you've paid for.
Do you offer discounts for not-for-profits?
Yes — registered charities and community not-for-profits qualify for special pricing. Get in touch and we'll sort you out.
