Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard — changes take effect on your next billing cycle and we'll prorate the difference.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Every Tixello plan is free to set up — you only pay the monthly or yearly subscription. There are no hidden charges.
What payment methods do you support?
Ticket buyers can pay by all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, securely through Stripe. Payouts go straight to your nominated bank account.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No lock-in. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, and annual plans simply run for the year you've paid for.
Do you offer discounts for not-for-profits?
Yes — registered charities and community not-for-profits qualify for special pricing. Get in touch and we'll sort you out.
